Family Kayak & Paddleboard

We hope you had a chance to enjoy this summer to the fullest, but it’s not over yet! Join us for one more outdoor activity at Leaser Lake (West Shore Access) in Kempton on Sunday, September 21 for a late picnic lunch and kayak or paddleboard with friends and family. Wait, you don’t have a kayak or paddleboard? No problem – come anyway! There will be kayaks and at least one paddleboard available, and we’ll have sandwiches and refreshments. You can bring a side or dessert, and a lawn chair, and obviously your kayak or paddleboard, if you have one. Everyone is welcome – women, men, kids, and even well-behaved and extroverted dogs too.

This event is starting later in the day because we’d love to catch the sunset at 6:58pm. Hopefully, the weather and sky will cooperate.

Come for the lake, the sandwiches, and the fellowship. Bring your kayak or paddleboard (if you have one), a side or dessert, and a camping chair. We’re hoping to have use of the new Pavilion, but if not, there will be picnic tables available.
